Deliveries

Deliveries will be made by our courier UPS to Europe & Overseas, we aim to deliver within 3/5 days.UK deliveries will be by Royal Mail on a 'signed for basis' delivered before 1pm on the day after dispatch.

Deliveries to non European countries.
UK VAT currently 17.5% will be deducted from price shown, however this amount will be set toward the delivery charge.
Local tax or duty may become payable to the courier if applicable at the point of delivery.

Exchanges & Returns
You may return your item for an exchange or a full refund, provided, we are notified by telephone 01263 711148 within 48 hours of receipt of goods ( Details may be found at the bottom of this page). This does not affect your statutory rights

You must also ensure the item is in it's original condition which will been checked and confirmed by our staff on receipt. ( please ensure no labels/tickets have been removed).

If your item is to be exchanged and not in stock, we will inform you by telephone and/or email.  Any payments made will be automatically refunded.

You must return any items within 14 days of the date the order was placed, we will not charge for the re-sending of an item for exchange, alternatively, you may have a full refund or a store credit to the value of the purchase price, any costs incurred in returning goods will be at your expense. We recommend you send any goods on a signed for basis, if you are unsure of sizes, please call us prior to processing your order so we may help.
Our store credit is valid for one year either on the web-site or in our store Francois Bouttier Studio, 5 Shirehall Plain, Holt, Norfolk. NR25 6BG. UK
Regrettably, any 'sale item' or 'discounted item' cannot be refunded nor can we issue a store credit unless we have been notified in writing, fax, or email of your intention to return goods and have requested a refund within 7 days of receipt of items, however, the exchange for a different size procedure previously explained will apply.
All returns should be received within 14 days from date of order, returns received after 14 days will be accepted at our discretion any further postage costs incurred will be at your expense.

Any complaints are dealt with in strict confidence and will be confirmed by post, telephone or email within 7 working days of the complaint.
All prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT but exclude non UK postage and packing.

You will be transferred to the Paypal secure website to enter your card and address details or your Paypal account if applicable.
Paypal is one of the largest credit card processing companies in the world.
If you do not feel happy entering your credit card number, please do give us a call on 01263 711148 and we will process your order over the phone.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail Address, Credit/Debit Card details (for telephone orders only)
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. Any personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
We use your email address to send acknowledgement of orders.
Your email address is confidential and will not be passed to third parties, unless ordered otherwise by an official body.
We do not send unsolicited email except, from time to time, to inform you of any special offers on our web site.
Any disputes will be, wherever possible, resolved no later than 14 days from the day the complaint is registered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
